In this video I outline how to utilise the daily objective feature in Simple Focus and emphasise that the most important thing is to spend quality time focusing on what the objective means in terms of the strategies we employ for dealing with the events life throws up. If this is done regularly, then it is inevitable some of these strategies will be utilised. And some of those, that are utilised, will become new productive habits. If taken seriously, over-time cumulative gains will accrue.
In the video I outline what it means for Simple Focus to be a meta-to-do list. As such it is first and foremost about attending to ensuring we adopt positive routines, focusing on, analysing and attending to the processes we adopt. Completing sets of tasks is a bonus, and we should strive to do it, but not feel enslaved or worn down by it.
